Communities served: We primarily serve first-generation and underrepresented students of Mt. Hood Community College, including low-income Latino/a/x communities, multilingual learners, and students who participate in campus programs such as TRIO or Transitions/Transiciones. We also support immigrants, refugees, and individuals facing systemic barriers to higher education.

Eligibility criteria: See “Am I Eligible?” for general eligibility requirements. Individuals are limited to two IDAs in their lifetime within the CASA network.

Application process: Applicants are referred by MHCC staff.
