Eligibility criteria: See “Am I Eligible?” for general eligibility requirements. Individuals are limited to two IDAs in their lifetime.

Application process: The first step is to contact the program staff via email who will set up a meeting to explain the eligibility requirements and application process. Due to the program’s limited funding, we might not be able to accommodate everyone who is interested, but we would be happy to add you to our list of interested individuals.

Maximum match per asset: $9000 for Education and Business; $5000 for Emergency Savings

Other services provided: The IRCO IDA Program’s participants interested in receiving business technical assistance are referred to the IRCO Technical Assistance Programs and /or other services provided by IRCO.
