Communities served: We serve first-time homebuyers in the Portland metropolitan region and surrounding areas, including individuals and families with low or moderate incomes, and Black/African-American and Hispanic/Latinx communities.

Eligibility criteria: Must become a client of the PHC ($99), meet with a housing counselor, and be referred over to the IDA department. Must be on track to be mortgage ready with in a year of being referred to the IDA program and have the ability to deposit $100 a month into their IDA account.
