Eligibility criteria: See “Am I Eligible?” for general eligibility requirements. Individuals are limited to two IDAs in their lifetime within the CASA network.

Application process: The first step is to contact our office and complete an intake form. Once submitted, IDA staff will follow up with you to review the program, answer any questions, and gather personal information such as income, debt, and credit history. Because program funding is limited, we may not be able to accommodate everyone who expresses interest. However, we can place you on our interest list. Please note that selection from the list is not on a first-come, first-served basis. Instead, participants are chosen based on readiness and suitability for the program. Enrollment is open while funds remain available. There is a $25 application fee payable to CASA.

Maximum match per asset: $15,000 for Education; $18,000 for Home Purchase
