Eligibility Criteria: Business IDA: Any client that is interested in applying for a Business IDA matched-savings account must first establish a client-advisor relationship with one of HMC’s business advisors (Business Development Coordinator). Interested applicants must meet with their assigned business advisor to start receiving assistance in developing their business idea and make progress on developing a business plan. After making progress and assessing the viability of the business idea, HMC business advisors will check-in on available IDA funds and will then be confirm whether they can start the enrollment process. * To become a client please schedule an appointment at: 503-222-0280/ info@hmccoregon.com
