The Oregon Individual Development Account Initiative invests in the personal and financial growth of individuals to build strong communities throughout Oregon. Neighborhood Partnerships, which manages the Oregon Individual Development Account Initiative on behalf of Oregon Housing and Community Services, is seeking a talented, hardworking professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating opportunities for low income Oregonians and have knowledge of and experience with asset-building, individual development accounts, and financial education. In lieu of direct experience, a competitive candidate would have a passion to build that knowledge and develop their expertise in the field. Additionally, this position will be the primary staff person responsible for the coordination and implementation of Initiative modernization projects, and therefore should possess a high aptitude for technological innovations. To accomplish their work, they will bring excellent communication and project management skills, be well-organized, and be able to manage complex projects and multiple priorities. They will also need to thrive as part of a dynamic team, where each member has separate, but interconnected roles and responsibilities. A Bachelor’s degree in an applicable field is preferred.
