Communities served: Supporting survivors of domestic and sexual violence, and survivors of sex trafficking, primarily in the greater Portland Metro Area, but can serve statewide in Oregon.
Eligibility criteria: Must be a survivor of domestic and/or sexual violence, including Sex Trafficking. Participants need to be willing to engage in Economic Empowerment services on an individual and/or group basis. Savings goals must be short term and our current focus is on Housing Rent, Vehicle Acquisition or Repair, and Post-Secondary Education. Our services are 100% free and confidential.
Application process: Reach out to us via email and schedule a meeting with our IDA specialist. We then explain eligibility requirements and walk through the application process. Due to the funding process and the program requirements we may not be able to accommodate everyone who is interested, but we do add participants who reach out and meet the eligibility requirements to our waitlist. When we are looking to onboard we look to our waitlist and reach out for screening and onboarding.

Other services provided: We can offer other DV specific financial resources such as assisting with enrolling for credit builder loans and finding a trauma informed financial planner. We offer career mapping, resume building, loan counseling, spending plan assistance, and individual economic empowerment guidance.
