Eligibility Criteria: Anyone in our county can apply for our IDA program services. After receiving all IDA information via email or mail, they must complete a Budget and Expense form so we can review monthly discretionary income to determine if the client / family can afford a monthly deposit to fit their IDA plan. Upon approval, they submit an application, which is carefully reviewed by the IDA specialist.
