Communities served: Families at or below 50% Area Median Income receiving HUD funded rental assistance administered by the Washington County Department of Housing Services or those who are enrolled in the Family Self-Suffiency program.

Eligibility Criteria: The IDA program at Washington County is administered in partnership with CASA of Oregon and is open to families participating in the Housing Choice Voucher (Section 8) or Public Housing families who are enrolled in the Family Self-Sufficiency program. The FSS program is not enrolling at this time.
