Communities served: We primarily serve low-income Latina women and their families, including immigrant and Spanish-speaking communities who often face systemic barriers to education, economic opportunity, and leadership development. Our programs also support Latina youth and small business owners in Washington County and surrounding areas.
Eligibility criteria: Participants must be active members of the Adelante Mujeres Microenterprise Program or the Chicas Youth Development Program. To enroll, individuals must contact the Program Manager or Coaches to register for courses and participate in required coaching sessions. Individuals are limited to two IDAs in their lifetime within the CASA network.
Application process: After graduating from at least 2 courses and participating in the coaching cohort, individuals are eligible to apply for an IDA. There is a $25 application fee.
