Communities served: Greater Polk County area, which includes Dallas, Falls City, Monmouth/Independence, Grand Ronde, parts of Sheridan, and Rickreall-up to West Salem.

Other services provided: WVPHA provides housing assistance through the Public Housing and Housing Choice Voucher (Section 8) Programs,. They also offer a Family Self-Sufficiency Program to those that are on housing.

Eligibility Criteria: All participants must be receiving housing assistance from West Valley Housing Authority and enrolled with the Family Self-Sufficiency Program.
