Communities served: We prioritize the marginalized, minority populations of the 3 counties. Goal is to have an equitable number of participants based on geography, race and ethnicity that’s similar to the geographic, demographic population of the areas we serve.
Eligibility Criteria: Must live in Deschutes, Jefferson or Crook County. Must be first time participants; have not completed an IDA with other organization or in another state.
Other services provided: One one counseling around financial capabilities(credit/debt management, spending/savings plans and goal setting), homeownership, post purchase, home preservation, foreclosure and reverse mortgage. We offer classes around financial capabilities, homeownership, post purchase, home preservation, and energy conservation.
