Primary communities served: At Mercy Corps Northwest, we encourage individuals of all backgrounds to apply for our programs, but particularly welcome people from traditionally underserved/undercapitalized populations: those who identify as women, Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC), and those transitioning from (or currently experiencing) incarceration. We serve Arabic speaking, Spanish speaking, and Russian speaking communities as well.
