Neighborhood Partnerships (NP) and Oregon Housing and Community Services announced awards last week totaling $1.2 million to advance the work of the Oregon Individual Development Account (IDA)
The Oregon IDA Initiative allowed Maria Sandoval to graduate from Linfield College with minimal debt and freedom to live out her passion – working with students to ensure they also have the opportunity to pursue higher education.
