Eligibility criteria: Must be a client to participate. Visit www.youngrootsoregon.org to get connected. Individuals are limited to two IDAs in their lifetime within the CASA network.

Application process: Applicants must complete financial coaching and a budget before they can apply for an IDA. Applications are accepted year around.
