Eligibility Criteria: Must be purchasing a home in a RootedHomes community. Must have a pre-approval letter for the affordable sales price of the home and bank statement showing 1% of the purchase price in liquid assets.

Application process: Homeowners are selected based on a weighted lottery which prioritizes employees of local partnering employers, veterans, housing choice voucher holders, and first generation homebuyers. IDA participants are selected based on need for closing cost assistance.
