Online payment card donations made to the Oregon IDA Initiative can be returned. Donations can be returned if requested by donor within three (3) business days of receipt by Neighborhood Partnerships and the Oregon IDA Initiative. To request a return of funds, please email your request to Jane Rosenstein. The donation will be credited to the same credit card with which the donation was made. Refunds cannot exceed the original donation amount.
Online donations must be received by 11:59pm Pacific Standard Time on April 14 or before available credits run out. If the Oregon IDA Initiative has reached its annual limit by the time we receive your contribution, or your contribution is received after the deadline, we will contact you. Your contribution will be returned to you.
