Eligibility Criteria:

• Homeownership clients, must attend the 1 hours Homeownership Orientation and meet 1-1 with Homeownership coach to become eligible for IDA.
• Microenterprise clients must have or attend the 8 week Microenterprise class and meet 1-1 with Microenterprise coach to become eligible for IDA.

Other services provided: Rental Assistance, Energy Assistance, Domestic Violence, Foster youth and Families, Homeless Youth, Many Nations Academy grades 9-12th. WIC, Elder services. Food pantry and clothing closet.
