Eligibility criteria: Preference is given to participants in the Family Self-Sufficiency program or residents in Columbia Cascade Housing Corporation properties. Application process: The first step is to schedule a meeting with one of our staff who can answer your questions, explain the eligibility requirements, and walk you through the application process. Due to the limited funding of the program, we may not be able to accommodate everyone who’s interested, but we can add you to our interest list. Individuals are selected off of the interest list on a first-come first-served basis with preference for participants in the FSS program or residents in CCHC properties.

Maximum match per asset: $14,400 for Business, Education and Vehicle; $18,000 for Home Purchase
