Communities served: We serve low-income, disabled, veterans, and elderly residents of Crook, Deschutes, and Jefferson Counties.

Eligibility criteria: Must be a current client of the Housing Works, Housing Choice Voucher program and participating in the Family Self-Sufficiency/PATHWorks program. Individuals are limited to two IDAs per lifetime.

Application process: Applicants complete a pre-application to be added to the waitlist. As funding becomes available, we pull clients from the waitlist in chronological order of date pre-application is received. There is a $25 application fee.

Average number of IDAs opened each year, in the 3 most recent years: 16-20

Maximum match per asset: $6,000

Other services provided: All savers receive one-on-one financial coaching through the FSS/PATHWorks program including but not limited to: access to Credit Builder Loans and other financial resources.
